Good pay and other benefits.

Cons

Very unsettled climate as they recently had lay-offs. Management is no longer the family but outsiders with no loyalty to any of anyone but themselves. Stress high as nobody trusts any of the execs they have brought in, mid-level management, or even co-workers.

Very nice people. Fast paced work. Day goes by fast while performing duties. Most people always willing to help. Very clean facility.

Cons

Management seems to like quiet timid personalities . People who will not speak up if they see something wrong. Management is easily bullied by anyone with a strong personality.
