      Pros

      The healthcare is cheap and pretty good.

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst management I've ever seen from a large corporation. Almost no communication between any of the employees and superiors. Unfair buisness tactics and lack of professionalism.

      Pros

      The tools we make will end up in a surgeons hand. Knowing that, makes this type of place to work very fulfilling.

      Cons

      Management hiring incompetent unskilled low wage personal to supervise and run difficult machinery to produce medical products. Resulting in a high rate of scrap and product return from customers. Top manager knowingly allowing bad surgical implements to be shipped for the sake of monthly sales goals.

      Nothing that I remember other than the schedule

      Cons

      Lack of communication on the part of the management and the new employees, lack of knowledge of their assignments from the supervisors (the supervisor in the assembly handles people as if he were dealing with the machines)
