      Not bad, not great.

      Pros

      Management is pretty good. Most upper level employees are very professional and nice. If you do your job no one will bother you. Good work/personal time balance.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great. 401k match is pathetic. Bonuses are rare. NN bought up a bunch of companies around the country and got themselves into pretty bad debt. Some of the divisions still think of themselves as the company they used to be before NN, and they don't play nice with other sister plants.

      Decent Benefits one good thing they have going for them

      No advancemet oportunities, terrible pay, VERY UN FAIR WORK PRACTICES if you are not a favorite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Pros

      The pay while not "WOW" isn't bad, benefits are reasonable, hours are fine.

      Cons

      Lack of communication across the board, have to twist arms to get anything moving. Poor morale - High Turnover Passive Management - Cannot get some issues resolved. Communication between departments needs drastic improvement. Shipping - Scheduling - Material Ordering are .... at best.... chaotic....
