Pros

Very high tech, good work environment, trully internationsal atmosphere

Cons

Very very weak management, with many mistakes, a lot of money thrown away for no reason. Things are changing all the time and everything is up in the air. No job security.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere. In most teams one can choose one's own pace: long workdays/weekends for money/achievements, or going home at 3pm every day to be with the family - I see both happening. There are opportunities to learn some technically interesting things.

Cons

Salary not as high as at some other employers in town. Large amount of technical debt, very low quality product. Some long-time employees linger around in a holy cow status, doing unprofessional work ( swear words in source code, etc... ). Hard/impossible to reason with them, the mess they often create is left for new hires to deal with for years.

on the verge of collapse

Pros

creating a navigation is fun

Cons

The company is on the verge of collapse. No innovation, no new projects, no salary review, no bonuses. The only solution for the problem is the continous mass downsizing, and we passed the event horizon, and there is no turning back now.
