Incompetent managent, huge technical dept, outdated product which is now almost impossible to sell. Ridicolous level of political games - the top management only wants to survive another 6-12 months, therefore selling unrealistic stories. Top management instead of solving the real problems of the company which are outdated product, no future sales, technical dept, they have the usual "solution" which is swapping the company structure - repeating every year -, creating some new positions and introducing some new tools with the use of external advisors and consultants. No real answers on the key problems: what and how we are going to sell?

- The salary are behind the city average. - The company is firing people because they don't get any orders from new customers and they drag it out so don't go over 30 people/month - the laws requier you to go before a council and answer why do you want mass dismissal. Instead of that they do it for at least 3 months. - The managemant did not say not to any unreasonable request from customer. Even if they did, it get escalated to CEO or even higher so the problem lies around there. - To many people on project side, normaly it should be 3 people per project, but since not enough people on engine side, they flooded the project with people, because the owner did not want any more people on the engine side - God knows why - so it is pretty unbalanced. - Maybe the biggest problems is the owners decision, I do not know, I do not see that high. - Bad management decision make people leave.
