Sunday lunch where all the family members want to eat something else
Pros
The atmosphere on the everyday level is great within NNG. Despite the fact that the company has grown tremendously in the recent years, one can still find that family style environment, which makes you feel comfortable at the office. Also it seems financially the company is doing just find, there is still a lot of growth potential in it.
Cons
I have to say that the growth potential is just being thrown into the bin at the moment. There is a great tension between the top and the middle management. Middle management including team leads still has a lot of respect overall, but the top management clearly has no clue where to head the company. There is a lot of confusion up there with many newcomers from all over the industry, most of them unfamiliar with the company culture and traditions, so currently the company is like a speeding car on a highway with a blindfolded driver.
