You can do whatever you want without any consequence or aftermath

Cons

The lack of any global regulation causes a massive chaos, so the members of the top management decided to create their own. The problem is all of the ideas are different and inconsistent. If you are a manager, you can do whatever you want, if you are not, you can do whatever your boss finds out to build his /her private empire

Pros

There are many talented people who can teach eachother.

Cons

The employee is not matter at all. The CEO and his crew restructured the company. The result is downsizing with a few month interval. The insufficient resource make almost impossible to deliver a project in time or in the desired quality.
