Pros

If you join the company, that I strongly advise against, you might work with awesome people, but very few left, and the rest will abandon ship in the next 6 months in my opinion, so hurry up. You can learn debugging like a boss, as it is 80% percent of your work... in a lucky week.

Cons

The company has been favoring in-house solutions over standard ones so far for every technical challenge. It looks like there is a privileged bunch of developers who love coding, and job security as well, so they produce custom solutions for everything, of course it seems they only enjoy implementing the happy paths so their code is buggy as hell. The rest of the company tries to clean up the mess. Long story short, you will not learn anything that could be relevant for your long term carrier technologically in my opinion. In my experience, there remained no leadership in NNG where it matters in the classic sense (people who wisely and willingly choose direction, care for their people, and take responsibility when they are mistaken).

Pros

Nice office, normal salary and compensation, good work life balance. Employees are nice.

Cons

Leadership doesn't have a vision therefore there is no common goal, cooperation is poor. Managers without necessary competencies are appointed to lead then after a year or so they leave, leaving bigger mass behind than it was. Organizational changes are done annually, but they are not deliberate and don't address the issues. Product is not defined and crucial decisions are not made. There is inattention to results. Influencer engineers ("heroes") often define the product and the tasks instead of PMs/POs and they do stuff for their own pleasure, because they enjoy it. Decisions with huge impact are made by engineers without proper information and analysis. Individual performance and heroism are supported, engineering above all. HR supports this culture and doesn't want to change. Agile development frameworks and practices are poorly implemented and there is no intention to fix them, they are not working and are good as they are. Company policies and processes are not followed but there are no consequences. Everyone wants to tell her opinion in every topic and everyone can, because everyone is expert in everything and knows how others should do their job... Engineering issues are with the company for years but they are being resolved very slowly or not at all, however everyone knows and feels these issues every day.

Pros

Good salary Work can be good at some projects Nice environment

Cons

Always changing directions The management does wrong steps after another, it is tiring to watch Awfully low qualified and incompetent individuals in lots of teams, in some cases the team itself! Problematic team key members are forming the team to their face, poisoning also them to eventually become the same as them Some old staff who were the key personell back in the old days are incompetent and poisoning the whole company (see advices)
