The guys are always having fun. So it is not a typicall office workplace. The atmoshpere is fantastic, the environment is great.

Salary, leaders, too many stupid (not graduated, or graduated, but totally different education) people,

Going down, no goals, no vision, no centralized management

Pros

People, environment, could be good for short term in a development group

Cons

No vision, no long term strategy, leaders has no mission. Most of the managers have grown up within this company without the knowledge how to manage a company in a multinational environment. The Business units are like separated islands, could be good or bad to work within this teams.
