Still ...there are a lot of people who are emotionally connected to the company, and ready to work, fight for it.

Cons

To leave the startup life was indispensable, but to lose the culture as well was a huge mistake. Unpredicitable mngmt decisions (normally against the upcoming HR/leading trends). Only the acting CEO can approve your home office request. Without Petya (ex-CEO) everything turned into a wrong direction.
