Cons

- in-house solutions for everything (UI, script language, interface framework, test framework, etc.) - incompetent management (they read an article or survey about something, the next day that is the new 'vision') - salary is below industry standards after 2022's inflation rate

- software quality is taken into account even on deadlines - working hours are very flexible, noone cares if you have to miss a meeting or anything - friendly staff, team buildings are always great - (subjective) interesting and rewarding field

Cons

- company's jumps from one customer to the next leading to frequent priority shifts - salary ranges are behind market average by a few years - inflation adjustment or general raises are rare - bonuses are very rare - team burnt out - somewhat high turnover - team buildings are rare (around twice a year) - full remote is no longer (officially) supported
