Pros

Up-to-date technologies, at least in certain departments (don't know of others). Highly talented colleagues. The company seems to pursue the latest market trends, the strategic direction is good in my opinion. After going downhill for some years, thing are in order again, and the prospects even look promising. A few years will tell if the hopes will really get fulfilled.

Lack of year-by-year compensation increase.
