It's the kink of business that will lie about everything, the workers don't like working there, I never heard anyone say they loved to be part of their project.

Pros

Good health insurance. Flexible hours. Good work/life balance. Great work environment. If you feel the need to change team/project/client for any reason, they are open to it and are able to move you to another team/project/client within the company.

Cons

No carrer progression at all. And if you are a rare case that get a career progression, or it has no payment review, or if reviewed it is a trully small amount. The salary is bad and only a small part is declared. People with the same project|category|experience have completely different salaries - there is no criteria. To make it worse, new employees (without experience or background) earn more than employees that have been with the company for over a year.
