Bad experience as a manager of outsourced of IT Developers to several external clients in professional services department. Low cost, high rotation strategy to outsourcing, put increased pressure in managers and consultants. Consultants keep leaving. No increase in pays after years and promises. No interest in helping consultants grow professionally. Just use the consultant or manager for their purposes while useful then dispose of them, lying if needed. No valueing of loyalty and years of service to the company. Frankly the management of consultants is just a lot of lies and sugar coated sweet talk about your needs while you are useful to them while they could not care less. Management of outsourcing is in the wrong hands , the reputation and image of the company is being hurt when you visit clients and hear their comments. Loss of respect of the clients to the company.

Bad experience as a developer in Professional Services department. The company approach to the client is : our consultant is disposable. Extremely short term projects championing the approach : go there , win the challenge, get the compliment, get disposed by the client. A very poor approach and policy when compared to peer consultancy/outsourcing companies. Plus, a screaming and backstabbing culture and approach by middle management. To avoid.
