Quiet place to work, but you won't grow up.

Gaps in the team leader. He doesn't have experience in leadership and is afraid that other people are more qualified than him.

Bullying employess is common practice

- the staff from Human Resources are great, colleagues are great - office is great

Cons

Other parts of the company seem to work fine, but for Developers working in consultancy Noesis has lost its compass. This is what happened with several colleagues : - management/commercial team incompetence can only land extremely short term contracts for you - 3 or less months gigs are very common - commercial team has a bad reputation of poor boundaries with the clients - lack of respect for your written contract - often resort to bullying specially to end the contracts short. Common to pressure the employee to find another job even if their contract is valid for months - special mistreat of female colleagues - specially during or after pregnancy - pressuring them to work longer hours, need to do longer distances to clients and so on to make them leave - pays below the market
