Good location with Nice view Over Lisbon, Thats all.

Cons

Managers are very out dated, with old bad policies. Diference beteween managers ant technicians are huge.

Random treatment of people, low base salary and old school management mindset

Management might have an advanced technological vision but management style, decisions, salaries, benifits, etc are all old school and with a very conservative view of things like remote work, leaves, etc
