Company sinking thanks to managers policies

Managers mindset; Salary paid largely as allowances ( can't take vacations or you don't have salary); Promise salary adjustment for moving to another city (same company) according to colleagues at the same level. After changing say it is not possible; Poorly managed projects (one day you have nothing to do and the next you have to work day and night): Some projects have fewer people (for the client there are four consultants working but actually only one or two); Interns receiving more than junior consultants; Managers promise things they don't do and always pushing for the future.
