Good curriculum and strong training

Pros

The projects and lesson plans. All the projects wow me, even as an adult lol The projects are pretty advanced but all the steps are broken down in great detail so that children can actually build their OWN creation! Even my Prek students built their own cars this summer with power drills. I really like their emphasis on empathy and grit. This summer, one of my campers said to me, “We never give up!” It made my day.

Cons

Training carries A LOT of content. It was difficult to remember all the information from in-person training sessions. I wish they have more online resources so I can quickly visit and review.
