      Pros

      NowCFO is a great company to work for, especially Consultants who want the benefits of a permanent employer. The Business Development department and managing partner stay abreast keeping me busy in different industries which can be very exciting. Company offers salary and benefits and has resources from many areas- training, other consultants, and IT support. The partner I work for is extremely supportive of my skill sets and the clients are always different and exciting.

      Cons

      Sometimes the commute can be up to an hour. However, the clients have worked with me to arrange my schedule around peak traffic hours. And NowCFO has a great travel allowance.

      Pros

      - Rapidly growing company - If you are willing to take on the responsibility, there is plenty of room to grow with the company - Employees seem to get along well throughout the departments (I work in the Salt Lake office) - Breakfast a couple times a month!

      Cons

      - Emotional stress (if the boss is in a bad mood, the rest of the office is in a bad mood) - With so many offices and locations, some markets/people can get lost in the shuffle and ignored - Communication with the companies partners can be difficult - High employee turnover
