      Pros

      Good money can be made. People are fun! Environment is laid back. Get to work in your way with no one breathing down your neck, and long as you are producing minimum quota.

      Cons

      Growing companies are always in a kind of limbo, but I think we'll figure it out.

      Pros

      The only pro with working here is the flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Employees and management spend more time with personal phone calls than actually working and properly training new employees. This company experiences a very huge turnover. Questions that new employess might have are not welcome and you are made to feel inadequate for asking. It is a very stressed out atmosphere due to the high turnover and inadequate training.

      Excellent advice to management, thank you for your feedback I am sorry your experience wasn't positive. I know our administrative position had a lot to do which was the cause of the stress, we wish we could have had longer to work out the kinks with you. Attrition is always a issue with any company, Now CFO is no different. The main reason for attrition within Now CFO is the nature of our business. We hire accounting folks that go to clients and perform very challenging accounting needs from clean up work, carve out, interim, or even long term strategic planning. It happens more than we would like to admin, a client falls in love with the work our consultants do, and our consultants fall in love with working on the clients projects. While this isn't necessarily bad attrition, it is still attrition.
