      Pros

      The work can be somewhat interesting depending on the Clients' needs...however, you are more likely than not to be thrown onto any type of project that the "Partner" can sell to the client. This can even include trying to make false work up as the client has agreed they need help in accounting services, however, there is nothing that they really need done/don't know what they need. Morally, it can be very questionable at times.

      Cons

      -Management is a complete joke. You can tell they have gotten onto their own website and written reviews about their own Company (notice they all use the same diction and pros/cons about the Company), and have all been written within the same month or two to cover all the truthful reviews of the Company. -The CEO is a megalomaniac who will stop at nothing to make a quick buck. A definite greedy/negative tone at the top. -I have never seen such questionable morals at a place that I have worked before. On one Engagement, Management told me the client wasn't satisfied with the overall work product, so they were going to dock my hours for the project...however, when the invoice went out (which obviously I saw when I was paying it on the Clients' behalf), they billed the client for every single hour. -Pay is never even close to what they advertise - usually come up with some kind of dilutive formula to dock your pay so that management can retain/ascertain more money at the end of the day.

We have come a long way as a company, and are proud of the wide range and variety of projects and tasks that our partners and consultants are able to take on. Often times, clients do not realize the extent of the work that they will need done and we want to be sure that all needs are taken care of. Payment structures and formulas have been formatted in favor of the consultant to make sure that all of their hard work is being accounted for. We truly value our consultants as they are the ones doing all of the hard work, and we are so sorry to hear that your time at NOW CFO was not up to standard. We are constantly working on improving in all areas. Thank you for all the work that you contributed during your time here, and again we appreciate the feedback.

      Growth pains be damned. We are figuring it out!

      Pros

      I have been with NOW CFO for four years now. I have worn several different hats and consider myself super lucky. I get to go into a fast paced, growth focused organization and work alongside some of the most passionate and hardworking people I have ever met every day. In my time at NOW CFO I have seen the organization double in size, processes form and the landscape in which we operate change dramatically. Are we perfect? No, but no growing organization is. I am confident that with the team we have here, we will continue to iterate and grow and find solutions. That being said this place is not for everyone. If you are the type of person who wants to jump in, find solutions to problems and don't mind riding out some of the growing pains this is the place for you. Management may be tough, but they push you to grow, improve and provide opportunities to those who do not shy away from the challenge. We have truly incredible people, many of whom I consider close friends. I am confident based on our amazing people and dedicated management (especially Gina Barron) that we will continue our growth trend and provide more and more opportunity.

      Cons

      Sometimes the push for growth creates some unrealistic expectations for project deadlines, but I don't know any organization that doesn't have that problem.

      Pros

      They (had) great people that I met while working with their company, but as soon as people realized what this company was they left.

      Cons

      When I applied to work here, the job description was misleading from what I was actually going to be doing. Pay is nothing. Untruthful job postings saying that position is commission. Cancerous environment (especially management). Not a great place to work.

We have seen a tremendous amount of growth, and departments have grown and are constantly growing in order to prevent unnecessary tasks due to growing pains.
