      Amazing company to work for. Everyone is dedicated, driven and passionate. We all come together as a team to tackle any task in front of us.

      LOVE the Fast-Paced, Results-Centered Environment

      Pros

      I honestly LOVE the fast-paced environment and results-focused expectations. I was told before I started working here that I would have a heavy workload and that I would need to get my work done. I enjoy that type of atmosphere and the job has been exactly as described. I've always felt like the management personnel have been there to support me and answer whatever questions I've had. I've also seen growth opportunities available for the taking. No company is perfect, and NOW CFO has their flaws, but overall I've enjoyed the hard-working team I've been a part, I've enjoyed the management style and personnel, and I've enjoyed being a part of a successful and ever growing company with the feeling that I'm able to contribute and make a difference.

      Cons

      Because of the workload, the environment can get a little stressful. This was set as an expectation for me from the beginning so it hasn't bothered me and it didn't come unexpectedly.

      Pros

      I love being around the different clients, learning new business outcomes and helping solve problems they face. I have the flexibility to streamline client processes without a lot of eyes standing over me.

      Cons

      Most of my clients are in Dallas which creates a lot of drive time for me. Sometimes, not often, I have to drive up to 2 hours one way.
