      This company screwed me over

      Pros

      Decent base salary - get to network and meet others in the industry . Company had beer onsite and lots of snacks

      Cons

      The cfo I worked for decided to leave - I had been w the company a short time. I got not reimbursement for my pocket expenses totally 500.00, no severance and no unemployment because of the short duration - this company almost made me homeless

      They will hire just about anybody with a pulse.

      Cons

      Closest way to describe Now CFO, is being a cult. They prey on young adults who are coming from a low paying industry, promising that they will teach them the skills of sales and help land a job afterwards that are super profitable. Clearly, the main objective of the company is to make money without regard for their employees. I never write reviews like this but now the CFO has left a foul taste in my mouth.

      Its a good start to get into B2B Sales

      Cons

      CEO is weird, touchy feely and overly nice when you first meet. Then he is a raging lunatic. If you like verbal abuse and being written up for no reason at all. This is the place for you. I am still scared from the word NAM. They use it to track your progress in the field, but you won't hit it. anyone who says they do is a LIAR

We do hold our Business Development team to high standards, and a large part of these expectations entails hitting NAM goals. NAM is attainable with hard work and we are proud to say that our BDR's success rate with NAM is at a high of 87% across our 35 markets.
