      Disrespectful Boss Created Nightmare in the Company

      I have my doubts about the boss, but I can't argue that the company compensated its staff fairly.

      Cons

      The memories of my time here have continued to bother me and I can no longer keep quiet about the experiences I endured. Working under this repugnant boss was nothing short of a nightmare because of their behavior and leadership style were nothing less than disgusting. Their lack of empathy and respect for their employees was evident in every interaction. They would belittle and berate us, consistently undermining our abilities and making us feel insignificant. The toxic work environment they fostered was suffocating, and it took a toll on our mental and emotional well-being.

      Best "corporate" job I've ever had!

      Pros

      Great company culture, better-than-average pay and benefits! fun, positive vibes from everyone in the building including the owner and the CEO! I definitely DON'T dread Mondays!

      Cons

      The HVAC system is fairly inconsistent - several areas are either too warm or too cold. The elevator is a little sketch but that's nit-picking - innit?
