Our CFOs and CPAs focus primarily on providing financial expertise and support to our clients. We do not expect our CFOs to engage in direct sales activities like going door-to-door to small businesses. Our aim is to provide a collaborative environment where our consultants can focus on what they do best: delivering high-quality financial services. In terms of client service, we take feedback seriously and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction. We have implemented measures to ensure that our emphasis remains on providing exceptional client service throughout the engagement process. We value the relationships we build with our clients and actively work towards fostering long-term partnerships. Regarding training, we place a strong emphasis on professional development. We provide an extensive amount of required training to equip our consultants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
