      Pros

      Having a job and not being unemployed was the best thing I could think of working the company!

      Cons

      Never encountered a CEO who likes yelling, swearing, verbally abusing employees just to establish his authority and create FEAR! The environment was super STRESSFUL AND TOXIC!

      NOW CFO has provided me more growth and knowledge than I could of ever expected when I took the job. They have been really supportive of my career path and allowed me to grow and develop in many ways. The teams and leadership here are great and always willing to help. NOW CFO has come a long way in the years I have been here and continues to improve!

      Pros

      I started at NOW CFO right after obtaining my bachelor's degree. I have had a great experience here. NOW CFO takes the time to train employees to know the industry in and out, they provide you with multiple resources so you are prepared to sell their services as a BDR. They truly set you up for success and allow you to manage your own schedule. Anytime I asked for help, my mentors and leadership listened and took the time to make sure I am succeeding.
