Pros

Flexibility in work schedule. Regional Partner is the good guy - Kris. Solid company. Low drama. Clients often have a lot of cleanup work if you like problem-solving - fixing then it's a great role. Great training guides and resources.

Cons

Client drama and problems are usually tip of iceberg. Flexibility is often in trade for lower pay, probably more often for women than men but can change if you ask and do well with clients. Think they have improved this more.

Pros

Getting started you are offered training and ramp time. They continue to offer help and trainings throughout the year which is a plus, specially working in Finance.

Cons

I have been personally verbally assaulted by the Founder and previous CEO before Randy C. took over. The negative reviews are very true, and it's genuinely shocking that this company has not been sued by previous/current employees. I was told to use my looks to get clients and to stop wasting time using knowledge to "sign them'". It happened via zoom with 3 other employees, and one of my colleagues reached out to apologize for the words he heard and told me to contact HR immediately. Which I did, and unfortunately HR 'swept it under the rug' and told me to learn how to deal with narcissists, which was the founder's personality (this is word for word what HR told me). This happened during the 2020 shutdown and I didn't want to loose my job again, so I stayed quiet and kept my head down after speaking with HR who did nothing. I regret that I have stayed silent this long because I have very sad moments to date remembering the harsh treatment by the founder. It is true that he goes around the office and harshly yells at employees almost weekly. He had to step down because of the growing number of resignations. Just look at their staff, most entry level sales people are young women, and they do this on purpose to use them to sell. Several previous employees have similar stories, and hopefully something can be done so we can begin healing .

Upper Management is Hard to Deal With

Pros

When I worked here, I really looked hard for something positive to make me stay. But sadly, there was nothing.

Cons

The upper management is not easy to deal with. They are extremely arrogant and evil individuals who want everything done in their way. If you do something your way, they will just avoid you and do whatever they want. It was ridiculous. It was stressful even to present the top management with new ideas. BEWARE!
