So many negatives that they regularly contested and purged negative reviews by former employees and clients. And mad current employees write positive ones. I also thought some of the stuff they were doing was unethical, so I jumped ship within a few months for a lesser-paying job. And I am not a job-jumping person. I have happily been in a different company since then.

- toxic culture, everyone in the company gossips about each other. Very political, plays favorites - commission structure is the worst I’ve seen in the industry - your metrics are something called NAM that are very hard to obtain. They expect you to go to an insane amount of meetings and networking events each week which was ok at first but got exhausting after awhile. I was working until 7pm most evenings to hit those metrics - corporate sales meetings are pointless and unmotivating. Rather than positive reinforcement it’s negative reinforcement. - you can work your hardest and achieve your goals and it still won’t be good enough for them -very emotional, ego driven leaders - they don’t get to know you as a person, they treat bdrs and consultants as just a number and only care about making money - after I left many many people reached out telling me they had a similar experience to what I did unfortunately. No wonder turn over is so high
