      Pros

      The position is extremely flexible; an interesting mix of clients and assignments; and you're essentially on your own from there. Some really great peers to commiserate with. If you are a weak performer, you can stay forever.

      Cons

      The firm is extremely cheap - pay, bonuses, and reimbursements are not great; benefits are bottom of the barrel; little team connection; the founder is pushy and abrasive boarding on abuse; extreme focus on maximizing utilization while encouraging people not to report administrative time; zero ongoing professional development; revolving door environment.

      Pros

      NOW CFO values their employees by letting them voice their opinions and listening to their feedback with a team centered approach. It is a safe environment where people are encouraged to give one another praise for the things they are doing well. I really enjoy this position because it encourages me to use my skills in my own unique way where I have freedom to do the activities that will help me have more success in sales!

      Cons

      I can't say there are any because leadership here is excellent at communicating company values and goals and I love my coworkers.

      Pros

      My work ethic and style of communication were very much appreciated by the higher-ups and I was constantly pulled aside for unique and challenging projects.

      Cons

      So many negatives that they regularly contested and purged negative reviews by former employees and clients. And mad current employees write positive ones. I also thought some of the stuff they were doing was unethical, so I jumped ship within a few months for a lesser-paying job. And I am not a job-jumping person. I have happily been in a different company since then.
