Pros

Since the change in management and a new CEO, the company has been a pleasure to work for. The company executives have instilled a great company culture with a strong collaborative environment. I haven't personally worked somewhere that is as proactive and willing to commend people for positive behaviors, work ethic, personal achievements like NOW CFO does! The BDR's at NOW CFO are expected to bring in X amount of revune and X amount of meetings, but what company doesn't? Some of the negative reviews on here don't reflect the current management. Amazing opportunity for anyone sales-driven and isn't afraid to network.

Cons

Hours are a bit long... Expectations can be high.... Clients sometimes can be difficult You will need to build a book of business based on networking and referrals. That makes the first year difficult to bring in a ton of commission, but once you're settled in its a lot easier.

Co-workers were professional and cohesive.

Cons

In my interview, I spoke 20 minutes then I was hired. Later I was offered a full-time position with the company where I was working. I had staffing needs so I contacted NOWCFO. These candidates were not vetted and NOWCFO sent me an initial invoice with a salary of $5k more than where I started the employee. NOWCFO was more concerned with being paid than filling a position for me or setting up the candidate for success. This consumed superfluous amounts of my time at my desk. Last, NOWCFO clearly does not vet their clients as well. My placement at this company was the more horrific career experience.

First, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed working with your team. Your positive experience with your coworkers is indicative of our thorough recruiting processes; we are dedicated to finding top talent. We regret that your client experience was not what you had hoped. The goal of our sales team is to hold a rigorous needs analysis and intake meetings with each client that uses our services. Sometimes, however, these interactions are not sufficient to gauge how the client relationship will go. To support our consultants, we have strong market leadership in place to manage difficulties with clients. We never want our consultants to feel as though they aren't supported—lifting our employees remains as one of our top priorities.

Though turnover is always difficult, particularly with management, know that we are making significant changes within our organization to benefit employees and reduce company turnover. In fact, increasing our employee retention is our main initiative for the new year, and we have seen positive results so far. Additionally, we provide management (including directors) a number of resources and internal support so that they feel supported in their role. Our mission is to continue on our path of growth and improvement, all while providing lift to our employees.
