Pros

It is a great, flexible, lax place to work. I enjoy working with my supervisor on an every day basis. It is neat seeing a company grow so much from the time I started and I am excited to see where it goes, and be a part of that growth. Just like any companies there are hiccups, but that to be expected. I enjoy my job very much.

Cons

Dynamic from some of the management in other departments. Not very professional.

Pros

As long as you continue to bill clients, all is well. As soon as the billable hours decrease, you are at risk for termination. You may get fewer hours than you want.

Cons

I have been asked to collect unpaid client invoices; local leadership was inexperienced and lacked true understanding of business evaluation. Many times I was told the client was a “potential future business generator” only to find out the client was under water once I looked at their financials and business plan.

Cons

Excessive workload Unrealistic expectations Lack of support and resources No training Management that I dealt with was two-faced and passive aggressive (towards clients and consultants) High turnover More concerned with upselling clients than producing quality work.
