      Pros

      Our AE sales team is the best out there. This team is always there for each other, plenty of team support, support from upper management, more like a work family then co-workers, team culture is awesome. We as a Team, have built something really good here, and I truly enjoy coming to work every day. Three years ago, I couldn't have honestly said this, but now I can. This place is somewhere I really enjoy working and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

      The managing partners are clueless how to develop and mentor their direct reports. The toxic culture and lack of transparency, empowerment and accountability within management.
