      Pros

      I have been working at NOW CFO for just about two years now. It has been an amazing journey and I feel very fortunate to be able to work with such talented individuals. The ability for professional growth is vast. There is so much to learn and unlike other organizations I have been a part of, there is a huge emphasis on training, and the team work and collaboration is amazing. It's so great to be a part of a team that is so willing to jump in and help each other succeed. Our CEO who has been with the company for about three years now is a fantastic leader. He is culture focused and makes strides to constantly improve culture and foster a positive and supportive atmosphere.

      Flexible schedules, good pay (depending on your partner), tons of training resources, lots of opportunity for advancement

      Really nothing comes to mind. If you do your job and communicate well, NOW CFO will take care of you as an employee
