      Pros

      The people, the people, the people. Nobody comes together in times of need for each like the individuals that make this company run. This is a high stress, high responsibility industry and I've never seen unity and camaraderie when all hell breaks loose like at this company.

      Cons

      Not a terribly well known company.

      If you seek autonomy and are good with time management this is an amazing opportunity

      Pros

      Work as much (or as little) as you choose Hybrid salary = guaranteed 30 hour pay and then every hour after you are paid the hourly equivalent of your salary level as production pay. Weekly staff meetings, other accountants to help you if you need advice, another set of eyes or have a problem client.

      Cons

      Can be oversold: I had never done payroll in my life but was represented as an expert to a client. This is also a pro = the business development people have a really good feel for your fit and I sailed right through with no issues.
