Fun, hard work with some crazy corporate people

Pros

Lots of networking Some really good folks work there Lots of training Give you the tools to do well Will cover networking expenses

Cons

Must dedicate more than 40 hours a week Some corporate people lash out and will publicly chew you out if you aren’t meeting numbers Unrealistic expectations Only give you $250/month for travel (not enough to cover you car and gas) TONS of driving or traveling

Pros

Initially joining the company, it was very promising and had the potential to be a lot of room for growth, unfortunate that these things changed over time.

Cons

Coming from a sales background and working for different organizations I would have to say that this is a company that you do not want to join if you are looking to grow your sales career. There is a huge disconnect between the sales team and the rest of the company. You have leadership that does not come from sales or management at all which was the biggest red flag for me. KPI's, quotas, commission structures were not built for a sales organization, they were built by and for accountants . I can speak for current and former reps that the sales team is the least taken care of by the company. At one point 8/11 reps were looking for new jobs at one point. It is very sad to see that at one point we had one of the most talented teams that I have been on, yet management let it all go.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We welcome any and all feedback. We would like to extend an apology of the disconnect that was felt on your end. We are constantly working to improve relationships within and fix any divide between our sales and management teams. We very much value our sales team as they are the reason we are successful and continue to grow at a rapid rate. Currently, we are investing in a new training program, with a focus to increase the skill level of the team. This training involves the physiology of selling, an update on our call flows and product knowledge. Commission structure has also been updated to market standards. We're working on building culture on a corporate level; we want to make sure everyone feels safe, enjoys the environment and thrives at the sales role. Thank you for your feedback!

Pros

The best boss I have ever had; he is supportive, friendly, capable, and challenges us. He provides me freedom to operate commensurate with my ability to keep my clients happy Able to help clients through difficult accounting issues Lots of opportunities to try new things Great support from coworkers Opportunity for commissions Don't compete with auditors, easy to make relationships that bring in business Often bring in multiple consultants at different levels to meet client needs

Cons

Centralized company administration is still pretty loose, but has tightened up in the last year. It can take some time to realize consultants and business development people we hire are a poor fit for our culture. This has often led to me having to clean up messes, but has also led to very strong client relationships afterwards.
