      Pros

      NOW CFO has a great work environment and culture, making it an enjoyable place to work. Leadership is supportive, open to feedback, and always looking for ways to improve. The company truly values collaboration and teamwork, everyone works well together, and it feels like a strong, connected team. They also invest in their employees through training and career development, providing plenty of opportunities for growth within the company. The pay is solid, and the company continues to refine its processes and communication to make things even better. Overall, it’s one of the best teams I’ve ever worked with!

      Cons

      The biggest downside is that the health benefits can be pretty expensive. That’s really the only complaint I have because, aside from that, the company offers great PTO, holiday time, and a good work-life balance.

      I have the utmost respect and dedication to my manager, Anthony. His leadership and support inspire me to go above and beyond in my role. Strong camaraderie and positive relationships within the recruiting team. Competitive commission structure. Unlimited PTO policy. Supportive team culture fostered by all corporate teams.

      Cons

      Market support varies significantly, leading to inconsistencies. Lack of consultant revenue tracking, making it difficult for some team members to assess their contributions effectively. Each market operates with its own processes, resulting in a lack of cohesion and standardized procedures. Employee benefits are subpar.

      The CEO yells at you. They have unrealistic expectations. & their NAM point system is pointless
