      Flexible schedule as long as client needs are met

      Cons

      PTO for full-time, but not exempt, staff is not exactly what it seems since they only accrue PTO on hours worked and can only reach the amount listed in the handbook if you work 40 hours per week.

Regarding PTO, we follow an accrual system based on hours worked to ensure it's aligned with full-time staff schedules, only for our hourly employees, and we appreciate your perspective on how that may feel different in practice. As for pricing, we agree that transparency with our clients is important, and we are always sure to notify our clients beforehand of any price increases.
