      Pros

      They (had) great people that I met while working with their company, but as soon as people realized what this company was they left.

      Cons

      When I applied to work here, the job description was misleading from what I was actually going to be doing. Pay is nothing. Untruthful job postings saying that position is commission. Cancerous environment (especially management). Not a great place to work.

We have seen a tremendous amount of growth, and departments have grown and are constantly growing in order to prevent unnecessary tasks due to growing pains.       Pros

      Great business model, roll-up our sleeves accounting and financial consulting firm, and great pay. The company has the opportunity to be something great. Has come a long way since it opened its doors.

      Cons

      Job responsibilities and procedures changed a couple months into employment but the quota and expectations remained the same and because of that it created confusion ending in huge turnover, 10 man team is now non existent. Work environment is dismal and needs an immediate overhaul but will probably never happen. Employee happiness isn't even taken into consideration.

We are constantly striving to make improvements to our company, be it through leadership training, better employee wage structures, or incentive programs. We are glad that client work has been a positive experience, and hope that you will recognize the great changes we have made and continue to make. Often times during growing periods, there are growth pains that come along with that and we apologize you were apart of that with changing roles and procedures. We have evolved with the times and adapted new systems and procedures to make us more efficient and successful.
