      Sinking Ship due to terrible management

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Provides a useful service that businesses need. 9-5 hours.

      Cons

      I liked it here when I first started. Since then things have gone way down hill and many people who have been here for years have quit due to awful management who don't care about their employees as people and think they can treat them however they want as long as they pay them. They make zero effort to instill any type of company culture, I don't even know half of the other employees in this office and I have been here for a while. Office environment is depressing and texhnology is outdated. They will not improve it because they are too cheap.

      The people who aren't in management are nice.

      Cons

      The biggest downside of this company is they don't let you grow outside of your job title. It's upsetting because they don't let you expand, grow, or even bring good ideas to the table especially in the Marketing Department. This particular department (in the Corporate office) is a hard place to work in.

      Pros

      Good money can be made. People are fun! Environment is laid back. Get to work in your way with no one breathing down your neck, and long as you are producing minimum quota.

      Cons

      Growing companies are always in a kind of limbo, but I think we'll figure it out.
