      Pros

      Show you care and with time you can move up, friendly, and you can take days off when you need to. The crews are hard workers and they will break bread and your back to help you.

      Cons

      They are mean, so southwest is our boss and they are yelling at us because we don’t have equipment but NPL won’t get it for us so idk what the hell, everyday you go on the job site can be you last, pay is trash for the amount of work, 2 stubs a day my butt we are lucky if we get one, we have tools can’t use them,
