      For a construction job, the pay is good and the benefits are also not bad.

      It is a manual labor job and as such, there is limited growth.

      Pros

      Solid company with nation wide employment, will hire new workers with little experience and help them learn the job. Good job for hard workers.

      When it rains you usually get sent home. The main goal is production which is understandable being a contractor. Ok

      There are some nice people who work there

      Cons

      their injury rating is abysmal, every new employee gets a nasty-gram from the CEO, don't plan on having a life outside of work - you won't have time. Everyone rejects technology. The politics are terrible. There is no professionalism at all, and the local president was too busy making out with his girlfriend to care.
