      Pros

      NPL is a Nationwide Construction Company with offices all over the United States. Each office feels like a small family within a larger growing family.

      Cons

      Each state manages their own offices but then reports to the Central Office and it is difficult at times, working for a company where the decisions are made in another state where each state has different issues with which to deal.

      the benefits are great and they are good if you need to take time off for personal matters.

      Unless you work on the construction side of things, there is no room for advancement.
