Company is family oriented, and appreciates the hard work of its employees by giving bonuses and raises

The work days and weeks are long are hard. For a seasonal job it is expected though. I left the company for personal reason. No other complaints

This is a great company and a great industry! I looked forward to going to work each day because instead of going to work with associates, I went to work with friends. Everybody works as a team here and if you do your part you are sure to feel valued. They also seem to have everything together making them hard for other companies to compete with.

Cons

It really depends on what you are hired to do. Some positions are only seasonal, which means that if you're in one of them you will find yourself out of a job at some point during the year.
