      Poor Leadership

      Pros

      Work will always be there as long as Southwest Gas owns them. Company is away buying new equipment and is all about safety not quality.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't listen to new ideas. Leadership is made up of people who only have a high school diploma. Blacklist if you disagree with Leadership and they will force you out.

      Decent pay in the Tucson area if you have the skills that are needed.

      A lot more work could be done if everyone picked up the pace a little.

      Pros

      Any time my son has an appointment, management works with me to make up missed hours during the week instead of forcing me to take time off.

      Cons

      Very little social interaction.
