Pros
Salary and benefits were great, as well as RRSP matching. Before the pandemic there were a lot of company events like potlucks, and fun team building exercises. Safety is a top priority.
Cons
Management was lacking in certain departments. They used to really value their employees, but in recent years that seemed to decline. Lack of discipline in certain departments. Lack of career opportunities unless you're in management. Lack of empathy from upper management.
