Actually have cool coworkers Tiny Desk concerts Tech department culture was really good

Cons

Benefits aren't super great -- like insurance options and 4013b options Power struggles that could impact your team and getting work done Lots of uncertainty -- not a super stable environment or job -- especially for grant-funded roles
