Fun, multitalented and supportive colleagues mostly living in DC and surrounding areas. New CEO John Lansing means business on diversity and other issues in the workplace. He's been a steady, compassionate leader through hard times.

Cons

Hiring freeze and salary cuts during pandemic, but outlook is looking up.
