Pros

Best job I EVER had! Best and most knowledgeable people to work with, best compensation, best EVERYTHING!

Cons

The only con for me was that funding for my program ran out, which means I had to be laid off, but with five months notice!

Good pay People work well together within departments (but not between them) Some travel opportunity Intellectually challenging

Cons

Radio feels like it's dying. The skills don't transfer to other jobs paying as much There isn't any way to move up.
