Pros

People and product are fantastic. People care about NPR and the mission. Many departments allow flex work.

Cons

Lots of work in silos. Certain departments (accounting) have it a lot worse than others. Partially due to the job but also due to management. Pay and benefits are just ok, health plan could be a lot better.
