Good on boarding. Nice people.

Cons

If you don't live in Nebraska and/or didn't attend school there, your advancement opportunities are very limited to non existent. You can only get bonus if you are part of the Growth team even if you can document the amount of upselling you contributed to or were responsible for bringing in.

Benefits package, ok salary, mission

Cons

Leadership doesn't seem to be on the same page as the rest of the company, culture has changed where employees come and go after a year or two, doesn't seem to be much loyalty to the company and the company seems to be ok with employee churn.
